Early nights.
My latest night in two weeks was on Saturday, 12.20am. Every other night for about two weeks i have been heading for bed at 11. My skin looks bettter and i feel better. I feel rested. I like routine, i dont care if its boring.
Saving Money.
Making my own sandwiches for work, drinking works green tea (up to five mugs a day) and no impulse buys at lunch time. No impulse buys until October.
Anti-Oxidants & Suppliments.
Green & Peppermint tea. Echinacea to boost my immune system, lemongrass for clear skin and bright eyes. Siberian Ginseng for increased energy, improved concentration. The reason there are only three suppliments is that it was a three for two offer…see, thrifty.
Two Week Diet.
Breakfast - fruit 120 cals
Lunch - Soup and a sandwich . Ham and Cucumber (the good ham, not the crap) on granary bread. 420 Cals
Dinner -HUGE! tuna salad
GRAND TOTAL - 927 Calories.
